One person is dead and three others were injured after a stabbing early Saturday morning in Lake Worth Beach, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office.
Deputies responded at about 1:20 a.m. to the 700 block of N. F Street after receiving a report of a stabbing.

One of the victims was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital. A second victim is being treated for life-threatening injuries, while the other two victims were treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, according to investigators.
Detectives with the sheriffs offices Violent Crimes Division responded to the scene and are investigating the stabbing as a homicide.
Preliminary information indicates an altercation involving several men led to the stabbings, deputies said.
Neighbors who live in the area told WPTV they were alarmed by the violence in what they described as a usually quiet neighborhood.
The only thing we heard was when the ambulances arrived, the police they filled this entire street, resident Gloria said.
Gloria said hearing about the incident has changed how she feels about safety in the neighborhood.
It just makes you worried, scared because were not safe here anymore, and even more so with our kids, she said. You never know if something will happen to your kids when theyre outside. Its scary to live that way.
Investigators said they have not released any suspect information and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
Some residents say they are now taking extra precautions following the stabbing.
Im changing things on my end, at the very least Im not going outside with the kids anymore mainly at night or walking at night, Gloria said. You're not safe anymore.
