Nurses union sues to stop layoffs at Kaiser Colorado

According to the motion filed on Sept. 29, UFCW Local 7 asked that Kaiser Colorado pause all layoffs while bargaining continues. Kaiser Colorado outsourced labor to nurses in Georgia for what is called "bargaining unit work."
